Hello! I’m Rashika (Ruh-shee-kuh) Jaipuriar (Jay-pur-yar), and I’ve had a knack for writing and storytelling for as long as I can remember.

I thrive when I get to genuinely connect with people, and I love the creative challenge of finding the perfect word or striking just the right tone in a campaign. (Yes, I was that kid that was “a pleasure to have” in English classes).

Whether it’s building a new digital strategy or creating compelling content for your brand, I’m comfortable wearing multiple hats to help you put your best foot forward online. With six years of experience writing and developing news stories, blog posts, video scripts, newsletters, and social media copy, I know my way around words across all types of media.

In addition to writing, you can count on me for video editing, on-camera hosting, graphic design and brand management.

Lastly, as someone who’s worked in and out of newsrooms, I love to collaborate. I’ll come to any meeting with original ideas, solutions-based thinking, an open mind to listen — and a healthy sense of humor as well.

I have worked for organizations such as Investigative Reporters and Editors (IRE), Mirror Indy, The Indianapolis Star and NBC News. I studied Broadcast and Digital Journalism at Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
